soooo as u all know me, dad, ash, duke and robbie went on a cruise we went to the grandy cayman islands, roatan, belize and key west super fun....................these are few ppl we met and hung out with ... Gaby ist he cute girl!!!, Korey is there in the middle and then there is jake hahaah gaby is from miami and shockinly jake and korey r from sandy UT sweet huh ... well ne ways these gusy made are trip super fun!!!! i was really sad to come home .... cuz it was the best vacation i have been on haha we never saw dad and robbie we usually ran into eachother now and again and sometimes we would go to the same place but really we only hung out at dinner time it was sweet. Ash and i wouldnt go to our room till bout 2 or 4 in the morning!!!.............. Hey this is Janessa . so we are Fianlly Graduated thanks goodness. but now im working for the forest service working with YCC. And im doing Camp crew its new for me. and really differnt but its teaching me alot of stuff and i use stuff i have never used before so i like it alot even though for the passed 2 weeks the weather hasnt been that great. but its ok its not too bad . but rite now my dad and robbie and ashley and jessica and Duke are on a cruise rite now.. they left yesterday morning it hnk but ya they will be back on the 16 but any way my life is good i just work monday through thursday working ten hours a day so its pretty tiring cuz im out side diong stuff and on my feet the hole day but i get my weekends off so i can be with Austin !!! YAY. any way that pretty much it i just want to tell my mom that i love you and all she has done for me .. Thanks mom ..

Hey This is janessa so we went to Lagoon yesterday for our senior sneak it was really fun we will have to post some of the pictures we took it was really fun .. but we are FINALLY done with school and Highschool Thanks goodness. ahh its nice not to have to worry about home work i can just relaxe tell i start work on june1. but we are grduateing may 28 im so excited i dont feel like im going to graduate but im going to miss all my friends after we all go out seperate ways but any ways that pretty much it oh im excited i got job with the forest service working camp crewa and YCC so it will be new experience for me but im excited to do it..

Results at State Track!!!

so SOrry guys i ddint win STATE!!! but i am happy with my resluts...so the 2 mile there is 16 girls in every race!! but any ways so my coachs told me to go out slow so i thought it was going to be hard cuz i always go out hard at 1:20 but i did it iw ent out slowe and worked my way up, i lead the 2nd mile and if i would have had a dang kick that i dont have lol i would have totally won but i took 3rd 2 girls passed me at the last 100 hundred but my time was 11:50 which is defintley my best usually i would get 12:20 or 12:30 so yay!!!!!!!!! ............ The mile i really didnt have a strategy except run 1:20's evert lap that was my goal but i didnt make it but almost my time was a 5:29!!! i am pretyy happy with that and i took 5th so i medaled in both events which is cool!!!....... and that was my last race ever in high school sad but now ill jsut run at college yay!!!

STATE!!!! TRACK

This past weekend we had Districts ash and i did Great!....... sadly to say ashley did not make it so state but she did great everyone she worked so hard and gave it her all ... she was extremely close to makeing it to state...... I took first in the 2mile and 2nd in the mile, i didnt feel to good in teh mile so i couldnt run good but its ok ill kick but at STATE!!! ... those that are goin to State are leaving Thursday morning.... I run Friday and Saterday so when i get home ill be sure and you all know how State goes no matter what it is a blast!!! so i no i will have FUN FUN FUN!

this isjess..... so me and ash had a first meet finally at malad.... there wwere like 15 schools there it was big but very fun....... we both ran the 2 mile and mile i took first in both events ash took 8th in mile which is AWSOME and cant rember what she took in the 2 mile but she is doin very goo this year i am proud of her!!! this meet was a blast very cold but oh soooooooo fun haha

Hello everyone, this is jess....... so track has started but becuase of this crappy weather we have had to cancle and we have districts in a month i am not happy so i am praying hard for good weather!!!!!!! any ways beleieve it or not we have 6 weeks of school left i cant beleive it my self and cuz we have A and B classes we have about 12 calss days in each class WOWOWOWO... haha i cnat wait tho i am stoked to run for college and have a great summer with my favorite freinds Andy, jake and carly and chucky phoo and lor hahah we do ice and it is FUN hahah ne ways hope all is good for everyone!!!

hey so tonight was a blast we all went over to nate and amanda house and played games it was me and austin and dory and ashley and dallin and courtney wow it was fun we first played poker and of course us girls didn know how to play so we were just on teams with the guys lol and of course me and austin won fifteen dollars.. yahoo lol.l. then we played phase ten wow e didnt even finish it cuz it was so late but it was a blast we had a good time so thanks amanda andnate for letting us come over play some games i love ya you guys are the best !!! lovejanessa oh and tomorw austin and i are gioing to a jazz game in salt lake wow there so much fun this is my second one this year so that should be a good time but i hope everyone is having a good week and that there weekend goes good too..

hey this isjanessa. but wow its been a while sense we have wrote anythhing on here but im really excited my sister and nate and jackson moved back to bear lake i have missed them but they are in tehre house just trying to settle in but its been fun and im very glad they are back and so i can see my little jackson ahh he is getting so big he is 6 months i love him alsot my brother aaron and afton and wesotn are also moving back to bear lake here sooon in april some time so my faimly is moving back when us 3 are moving a way to college sad .. but thats ok imiss all you guys.. and i wanted to tahnk my mom and tony for letting me stay with them for a little while tell i go off to college i love you guys more then anything.. dad i love you too thank you for you do for me i really appreciat at it.. well i hope everyon is enjoying this spring break i am but this snow isnt making it better ahh stupid snow just go away lol ..

things happen so fast

hi everyone so last night me and my boyfriend were in an accident we are both fine i just smashed my finger alittle bit and dory is fine thank heavens! we are so blessed we were three feet from hitting a telephone pole and i wasnt wearing my seat belt so who knows what could have happend last night but any ways i just everyone to know that me and dory are doing good and i am so thankful that all i got was a little bruise on my finger but i love all of you guys and thanks for being there for me its good to know that when stuff like that happens that i have freinds and family to go to that will help me... its weird cuz i was changing the music and i looked up and it all happend so fast its crazy and i didnt realize how much i really cared bout my family and dory any ways thanks for everyhthing....

So SIMPLOT was a blast i got to talk to a hole bunch of people i met at Foot Locker and met so many others from all over the nation it was a great expirience and i am so glad me and dory could be a part of it jsut wish our coachs cared a ltte bit more but oh well we cant expect that huh........ so any ways I ran in the prelims thurday wow there was 8 differnt heats with 14 to 16 girls in each i was the 4th heat... ran really good my mile was was 5:45 until i ran in the prelims and cut down to 5:38 and took 3rd place by a sec i was mad hahah but very happy for my time considering i have been running on a tredmill all winter and not on a track like 90% of these girls have.... so i didnt no if i made it to finals but i did you had to make in the top 36 and i was 32 so i was very ahppy.... then saterday the finals there were 2 heats i ran the first one and DID awsome i cut another 8sec off my time and ran the mile in 5:30 that is PR for now but my goal for state is 5:20 or 5:15 maybe in 5:10 i guess we will see but any ways it was a blast and i would recomend any one to do it next year you will not regret it!!!!!!!!!

Hello so this is jess and well me and Dory jsut ran in an indoor track meet yesterday it was my fist one this year first track meet and i was scared but i did ok took second i am still rusty but ill get here no worries but ya simplot is nextweekend so i am goin to be trainging hard for that this week haha it starts thursday goes till saterday come watch its great!!!!!!!!!
